Open A Help Desk Ticket Option

Have you tried the new option to Open A Help Desk Ticket in Outcome Tracker?  This saves you time and allows us to answer your question or solve the problem you're experiencing.  Use the Help menu, and choose the last option:

You no longer need to sign in to the Outcome Tracker Customer Support Portal, but instead you can submit a ticket directly from any page in Outcome Tracker!
